About Systems Management International PLC

Systems Management International (SMI) has been at the forefront of ITIL adoption over the last 10 years. Formed in Portsmouth, UK, the company has grown from that of Asset Management Consultancy to a Remedy & ITIL practice, with engagements in Incident & Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. SMI has also co-authored ITIL Best Practices in Software Asset Management. SMI was briefly acquired by the Innovation Group PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed company but was then subject to an investment assisted Management Buy-out in 2003.

About Turing Service Management Ltd

Since 1998, Turing Service Management (TSM) earned a reputation for providing high quality consultancy services. TSM has helped companies deploy IT solutions - from product evaluations, deployment, training and support. By combining a range of services with ITIL Best Practices, TSM was able to address the needs of a growing market, and was an ideal partner for the TuringSMI group.
