TuringSMI is a leading global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM), Telecom Management, Infrastructure Management and Banking Solutions. As an early adopter of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Best Practice disciplines, TuringSMI has helped over 300 corporate clients to embrace Service Management ideals. Many of these clients are large, multi-national companies with distributed Service Management functions. They often require technology solutions and processes to efficiently and effectively manage their corporate infrastructure, and support diverse business services.

Another key feature of our practice is our adoption of industry standards including ITIL Best Practice for IT Service Management, and the equivalent e-Telecommunications Operations Model (eTOM) standards for the Telecommunications industry. TuringSMI has been a key contributor to the evolution of ITIL standards, and was a member of the new ITIL Software Asset Management (SAM) forum, that published the new SAM Best Practice guidelines. We are a corporate member of the TeleManagement Forum and a proponent of the NGOSS (New Generation Operations Systems and Software) standards for system architecture.
